  • What to Bring

    • A Picnic Lunch packed in a soft esky, but please remember not to use a hard esky or pack any glass or metal knives.
    • A picnic blanket or low folding chair (folding chairs will be positioned at the rear of the venue).
    • Sealed bottled water (tap water will be available free of charge all day)

    Search on Entry

    All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.

    What Not to Bring

    • No BYO alcohol
    • No BYO soft drinks
    • No BYO glass of any sort into the winery.
    • No knives, wine spikes, tables, tents, sun-shelters etc.
    • Umbrellas are not permitted.
    • Hard eskies are not permitted into the venue
    • No animals (except guide dogs) allowed
    • No professional photographic equipment or recording devices

  • Buses

    We love buses, will park them within 200m of the front door and will take care of your drivers while you party the afternoon away.

    Parking

    On-site parking is available for a gold coin donation to the State Emergency Service. Buses will receive priority parking within 200m of the gate. Cars will be parked in a field approximately 400m from the gate. Please comply with the directions provided by our friendly parking staff on the day.

    Midland Train Station Shuttle Bus

    A shuttle bus will run from the Midland train station to the venue and return. A nominal fee will apply. Stay tuned for full details soon.

    Planning your day

    Experience tells us that the Valley will fill up pretty quickly. Our best advice for getting the most out of your Spring in the Valley experience is to get an early start.

    Licensed Event

    Children can only be permitted if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If persons under 18 arrive at the gate without suitable supervision, they will be refused entry and no refund will be offered. Photo ID must be produced on request. If you can't produce valid photo ID you will be refused entry.

    We Play Rain or Shine

    Lounge in the Valley is an outdoor event. Please bring sun/rain protection (no umbrellas please).

    Beer

    Yes - our bars will also be selling beer over the weekend

    ATM

    Limited Cash Out facilities will be available on the day. We recommend visiting an ATM before arrival.
